This is his character named Scott, (and yes he is naked becuase i didn't know what his clothes looked like at the time of drawin him) and he is northern sergal. The Sergal's are a species made by Trancy Mick , but since i see them other place im guessing there becoming popular. aapur's color schyme for Scott pertty nice and he was a fun character to draw.
